Rick Ross Is Still Moving Like a Boss on Set In Stone

Rick Ross is back with another full-length project.

The Miami rapper released Set In Stone on July 17, marking his 12th studio album and his first solo album since Richer Than I Ever Been.

The 19-track project includes appearances from T.I., French Montana, Max B, Don Toliver, Gucci Mane, YFN Lucci and more.

At this point in Ross' career, there isn't much left to prove.

He's been making music for two decades, built Maybach Music into its own brand and expanded far beyond rap. But Set In Stone shows that music is still very much part of the plan.

And Ross still sounds like Ross.

Big production. Luxury. Business. Miami. And enough features to keep the album moving.

For an artist this deep into his career, maybe that's the point. You don't always have to reinvent yourself when you've already created a lane people recognize.

Set In Stone is available now.
